TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter The competition is being run by Otters Holt (hereinafter referred to as "The Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Otters Holt and their close relatives.
2.2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition
3.1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3.2. The route to entry for the competition is via the landing page at www.ottersholtcotswolds.co.uk/competition.
3.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.4. Closing date for entry will be 15th February 2026 at 11:59 PM. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. The Prize
4.1. The prize is a 2-night stay for up to 8 guests at Otters Holt, Somerford Keynes, Cotswolds.
4.2. The prize includes:
Accommodation for two nights.
Access to the Lower Mill Estate facilities (Spa, pools), subject to Estate opening times and rules.
Use of the private hot tub and log burner.
4.3. Exclusions:
The prize does not include travel to/from the property, food, drink, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
4.4. Dates & Restrictions:
The prize is valid for mid-week stays only (Check-in Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday).
Weekend stays (Friday and Saturday nights) are excluded.
The prize must be redeemed and the stay completed by 31st December 2026.
4.5. Blackout Dates: The prize cannot be taken during UK Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, or peak summer weeks (July & August), unless agreed otherwise by the Promoter.
4.6. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
4.7. Security Deposit: The winner will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a pre-authorisation security deposit of £500.00 prior to arrival. This will be released after the stay provided no damage is caused.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Data Protection
6.1. By entering this competition, you agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the competition.

7. Liability
7.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
8. Governing Law
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
