Designed as the showstopper of the home, the middle floor is a masterclass in open-plan living. Soaring oak beams and floor-to-ceiling glass frame the lake, filling the space with natural light. It is a room built for connection—seamlessly linking the sleek, fully equipped kitchen with the lounge, so the cook is never left out of the conversation. Whether you are gathering for a feast, curling up by the wood-burning stove to watch the Sky Glass TV, or stepping onto the upper deck for sunset drinks, the view is always your backdrop.

Occupying the entire top floor, this private sanctuary features a King-size bed and a spacious en-suite. Wake up to the best elevated views of the lake.

The Waterside Rooms

Located on the ground floor, bedrooms 2 & 3 are both King-size bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the lower deck. Step straight from your bed to the hot tub for a morning dip. Both rooms feature private en-suites (one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower).

The Cosy Sanctuary

Tucked away on the ground floor, this cosy bedroom offers a peaceful retreat from the communal spaces. While it sits just across the hall from its own private bathroom, its secluded position makes it perfect for those seeking extra quiet (it’s also the only bedroom with a TV in).

The Bunk & Study

Located on the middle living floor, this versatile space serves two needs. Equipped with bunk beds for the little ones and a dedicated desk workspace for the adults, it allows you to balance family fun with remote working needs.

Al Fresco Living

The experience extends beyond the glass. The lower deck is designed for all-day outdoor living. Start the day on the sun loungers, enjoy long lunches at the outdoor dining table (served fresh from the BBQ), and finish the evening with a soak in the hot tub as the sun sets over the lake.
